Misk Traineeship Program aims to empower, upskill, and prepare the youth of Saudi Arabia to become responsible and active participants in tomorrow’s economy by creating and managing strong, unique, and professional traineeship opportunities through partnering with leading local and international companies.
Induction and Training: The program begins with a two-day induction to introduce graduates to AECOM's global operations and connect them with senior staff and peers. Throughout the program, participants attend residential training events that cover business knowledge, project management, negotiation, and more.
Professional Qualification Support: Graduates are encouraged to pursue relevant professional qualifications, with AECOM providing financial and developmental support.
Mentorship: Each graduate is paired with a mentor to guide their professional development, offer regular feedback, and help identify training opportunities.
On-the-Job Training and Secondments: Participants receive technical training and may have opportunities for secondments to gain specific experiences or support projects both in the UK and internationally.
Continued Professional Development (CPD): The program supports ongoing professional development through conferences, external training, and participation in professional awards and competitions.
Multi-Disciplinary Exposure and Social Activities: Graduates are exposed to various disciplines within AECOM to broaden their understanding and improve collaboration skills. The program also includes social events to foster a positive work environment.
